Over the last seven years, we have provided Creative Festival Entertainment assistance with the preparation of the site plans and maps for the Melbourne Big Day Out. We have assisted the site management team in preparing site, evacuation, vendor and security plans to support with the liquor licensing permits, setting out the site and managing of the event.

During this time, we have also assisted with moving the site from the Melbourne Showgrounds to Princes Park, then from Princes Park to Flemington Racecourse. During these transitions we also provided feasibility maps to assist with determining the best or most feasible layouts.
