Understanding the need to prepare visualisations using different methodologies, ASPECT Studios first prepared images for planning application and panel hearings. These Photomontages were prepared to the accuracy requirements and detailed specifications of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). The Photomontages focused on the built form and the retention of existing key trees whilst adding more vegetation.

Once approved, Architectural Visualisations were prepared to highlight the aesthetic quality of the development through the materials and finishes. The images were prepared to convey to potential buyers the quality of the build and the eminence of living in Malvern.

Due to the first stage of works in preparing the Photomontages, significant time and cost savings were achieved.
